☝️ You’re overworked.
✌️ You’re undervalued.

The number one reason why employees quit is a lack of appreciation at their current job. In fact, 79% of employees who quit claimed this was the major reason for leaving.

Why?…Employees needs to feel valued, feel confident that they are bringing value and feel appreciated.

Leaders, here are some suggestions on creating high employee retention:

👉 Weekly one on ones- ask how your employee is doing/feeling
👉 Feedback loops- listen to how you can be better for them
👉 Quarterly salary audits- referring to my last post
👉 Give employees a shoutout, say “thank you” or “nice job”- that
simple gesture goes a very long way
